Hey y'all-- I'm Aaron Mullens, Broker Associate with Christie's International, Team Lead of The Mullens Group, and Austin, TX real estate expert. Since 2016 I have been helping families of all shapes, colors and sizes with their real estate needs, and I have built my business on the pillars of education, professionalism, and excellence. I created The Mullens Group in 2023 to raise the bar in the real estate by creating and implementing systems and processes to make the buying and selling process as streamlined as possible, by mentoring agents through the ins and outs of this challenging profession, and by providing customized white glove service to each and every client no matter their situation. I am passionate about helping others by making the biggest and most complicated transactions of their lives as seamless as possible. Hello, Everyone! It's so great to meet you. I'm Phylicia, a proud wife, caring educator, proven entrepreneur, and loving dog mom. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor, and a master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University, I spent 12 years as a teacher and school counselor. My passion for education and setting others up for success permeates everything I do. After earning my real estate license in the spring of 2022 I chose to align with The Mullens Group so that I could learn from the best and receive unlimited mentorship and support from a boutique brokerage focused on professional development and elevating the client experience. I understand that huge life changes like buying or selling a home can be extremely challenging. As your REALTOR®, it's my job to ease the stressors of these processes by taking time to listen intently and anticipate your needs. Educating my clients on every step of the process is key. Hi everyone! I'm Cindy. I was born and raised in Central Texas, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business Administration. My laugh and positive energy are contagious, and when you work with me, you'll find that I makes everything more fun! I have over 40 years of I.T. experience working with customers and addressing their needs. Now, I'm entering into the Real Estate arena with a passion to serve and am looking forward to helping more people find the home of their dreams.
