Hello, Everyone! It's so great to meet you. I'm Phylicia, a proud wife, caring educator, proven entrepreneur, and loving dog mom. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Mary Hardin Baylor, and a master’s degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University, I spent 12 years as a teacher and school counselor. My passion for education and setting others up for success permeates everything I do. After earning my real estate license in the spring of 2022 I chose to align with The Mullens Group so that I could learn from the best and receive unlimited mentorship and support from a boutique brokerage focused on professional development and elevating the client experience. What’s up! I’m Roarke Anderson and I am ready to help you buy, sell, or rent in the greater Austin area. Before real estate I worked in residential solar sales at SolarCity and then in operations and customer success in the start-up technology space, at Pavemint and Brevity, respectively. As the Director of Operations for Pavemint, I helped facilitate and oversee parking operations at Q2 Stadium in North Austin, where I attended the first regular season and playoff matches for Austin FC. iListos! My experience in residential solar and in the start-up space have taught me the value of taking a customer-centric approach to sales, as well as the benefits of technology and creativity when solving problems. Hi everyone-- I'm Isabella! I was born and raised in San Diego, California, and made a bold move to Texas in the Spring of 2019, embarking on an exciting journey to a new city for the first time. (& we all know what a year 2019 was! haha.) As a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service, sales, and leadership, I hold an associate's degree in English and Communications from San Diego City College. I have amassed significant experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in destination hotels for two years. My exceptional service was recognized by the CEO of Marriott International, showcasing my commitment to excellence by assisting a Southwest flight attendant in submitting crucial closing documents just before the end of her option period, ensuring the sale of her home was successful. Beyond my hotel career, I served as a supervisor in a retail/sales role. I demonstrated quick thinking and bravery when I called for a "code white" to summon an ambulance and, in the meantime, saved a young girl's life by performing CPR in the checkout line at a Sam's Club store. This heroic act earned me recognition from the Regional Manager of Texas Sam's Club Stores. Additionally, I volunteered to work during the ice storms Austin encountered in 2021, helping hundreds of families get items their families needed for the unforeseen weather conditions. My skills extend beyond hospitality and sales; I am known for my ability to think outside the box, lead effectively, and always do the right thing. My passions include traveling, enjoying nature, and participating in water sports like wake surfing. Transitioning to real estate, I have helped over 55 clients—families, couples, bachelors, and bachelorettes—find their dream homes, next stepping stones, and everything in between. With designations from the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), I am equipped with the education and experience to guide clients through their unique real estate journeys.
