A Note from the Broker/Owner
Real estate has changed my life. I dove headfirst into this profession in 2016, left my nine-to-five office job, and have never looked back. In 2022 when I decided to open my own brokerage and The Mullens Group was born, my primary focus was to create an environment where agents would become the best of the best through unlimited mentorship and training, where they would have the opportunity to give themselves raises throughout their career, and where they would work consistently toward bigger and brighter goals.
I've seen the other commission models. While caps and monthly fees have worked well enough for the big brokerages for decades, there is something special about a boutique, full-service brokerage with a fresh take on commission splits and agent benefits, and a broker who is with you side by side throughout your career. Our unique commission model means sales agents control their own destiny and earn better splits and incredible rewards along the way. The best part? There are no monthly brokerage fees, and agents receive unlimited personalized broker support.
On a more personal note, everything I do is done in honor of my dad. He was my business advisor, my confidante, and my best friend. I like to think he is eternally proud of everything I have accomplished. His memory continues to drive me to be better, and to make this brokerage as special as it can possibly be.
