First we will talk with you over the phone or via video call to answer your questions and make sure we are a good match for each other.

Meet In-Person
We believe in educating and empowering our clients, so next we will meet with you to review what to expect during your upcoming transaction.

Sign Agreement
This agreement will define our working relationship, will highlight the benefits of working with a professional REALTOR®, and will include other important disclosures.

Get To Work
Whether it's touring homes, reviewing comparable sales, or preparing your home for the market, we will be by your side to guide you every step of the way.

Contract To Close
We will help you with contract negotiations and will review your inspection report(s), appraisal, title commitment, survey, HOA resale certificate, and closing documents with you.

Celebrate!
After we celebrate your successful transaction with a bubbly beverage, we will follow up with you after closing to make sure you have everything you need.
